These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://cwinternational.co.za (“Website”), our online booking system, mobile access, and any purchase of products, vouchers or services from CW Hair & Beauty International Pty(Ltd( (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using our Website, booking an appointment, purchasing a product, voucher or service, you agree to these Terms.

2. DEFINITIONS

  • “Customer” means any person booking or purchasing from us.
  • “Services” means hair, beauty, nail, barbery or related treatments.
  • “Goods” means retail hair, beauty or grooming products sold in-store or online.
  • “Business Days” means Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in South Africa.

3. USE OF WEBSITE

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorised access to our systems
  • Interfere with website functionality
  • Submit false or misleading booking information
  • Use the Website for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend access where misuse is suspected.

4. BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS

  • Appointments are confirmed once you receive booking confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to require deposits for certain services.
  • Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) may result in loss of deposit or future booking restrictions.

We reserve the right to refuse service where behaviour is inappropriate, abusive or unsafe.

5. PRICING

  • Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Promotional prices apply only during the advertised period.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless stated otherwise, prices are inclusive of VAT (if applicable).

6. PAYMENT

We accept:

  • Card payments
  • EFT
  • Instant EFT
  • Approved online payment gateways

We do not store full card details on our servers.

Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched or services completed.

7. DEPOSITS

For certain services (e.g., colour corrections, extensions, bridal bookings):

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required.
  • Deposits secure appointment time and stylist allocation.
  • Deposits may be transferred once with sufficient notice (minimum 24 hours).

8. VOUCHERS & GIFT CARDS

  • Valid for 3 years unless otherwise stated.
  • Not redeemable for cash.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
  • Cannot be used after expiry date.

9. DELIVERY OF GOODS

Delivery methods may include courier services within South Africa.

  • Delivery times are estimates.
  • Risk passes to you upon delivery.
  • Incorrect delivery details may result in additional courier charges.

10. RETURNS & REFUNDS (CPA & ECTA COMPLIANT)

10.1 Cooling-Off (ECTA – Online Purchases)

Where applicable, you may cancel certain online purchases within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Goods must be unused.
  • In original packaging.
  • Return courier cost is for customer’s account (unless defective).

10.2 Defective Goods (CPA Section 56)

If goods are defective within 6 months of purchase:

  • You may request repair, replacement or refund.
  • Goods may be inspected before approval.

10.3 Hygiene & Safety Restrictions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened hair or beauty products
  • Customised or made-to-order items
  • Digital downloads
  • Services already rendered
  • Gift cards

11. SERVICE RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Hair, beauty, skin and nail services involve individual variables including:

  • Hair history
  • Previous chemical treatments
  • Skin sensitivity
  • Aftercare compliance
  • Medical conditions

Results vary from person to person.

We do not guarantee:

  • Exact colour outcomes
  • Specific regrowth timelines
  • Identical results to reference photos
  • Permanent outcomes

Patch tests are recommended for colour and chemical services.
Clients must disclose allergies, pregnancy, medications, or medical conditions before treatment.

We are not responsible for reactions where full medical history was not disclosed.

12. MEDICAL & ALLERGY DISCLAIMER

Our services are cosmetic in nature and not medical treatments.

Nothing on this Website constitutes medical advice.

  • Load shedding
