Hairstyling Wax Tips from the #HairBoss

Hairstyling wax can give your hair some great texture and a low shine hold. Our #HairBoss Chaz, has some advice on the best way to use wax when styling your hair.

Step 1: Always add hairstyling wax to pre-styled or dry hair.

Step 2: Less is always the best way to start. Use the tip of your fingers, pick up a nail-sized amount of wax, rub it between your hands to warm the product very well.

This will allow the product to move through your hair and spread well without weighing the hair down or making your hair feel product heavy.

Step 3: Use your thumb and index finger to spread the hair where necessary to achieve best finished look especially around fringe area.
